Burger Honorary Senator, Offenburg University of Applied Sciences
Offenburg University of Applied Sciences has made Thomas Burger an Honorary Senator. According to the university, the outgoing President of the Wirtschaftsverband Industrieller Unternehmen Baden (WVIB) is being honored for his many years of commitment to the university. The managing partner of the Burger Group from Schonach has initiated a number of projects that have been significant for the development of the university, such as the WVIB endowed professorship for cobotics and socio-technological systems and the Work-Life Robotics Institute, which has developed into one of the largest research centers for robotics in southern Germany.
