Hybrid components

Hybrid components made of plastic are created by overmolding metal inserts. In the process, shafts, magnets, lead frames, or stamped grids become highly integrated functional parts such as gear assemblies or housing parts with contacts. 

Gears and housings

The production of complex precision gears made of plastic is one of our core competences in injection molding. Technical and high-performance plastics with specially developed formulas shape our plastic gears into a genuine metal substitute with the highest precision, performance, and economy.

2K components

By combining hard and soft components in 2K injection molding, sealing lips, or haptic functions can be integrated into a component. We cross-link technical thermoplastics with liquid silicone (LSR), natural rubber, or thermoplastic elastomers (TPE) with the hard component.
