Battery Show Europe 2026: Modular Actuator Platforms for Thermal Management and Electrification

Experience innovations in electrification live in Stuttgart from June 9–11, 2026

The countdown is on—in just a few days, Battery Show Europe 2026, Europe’s leading trade fair for battery technologies, electrification, and e-mobility, will open its doors once again. We’ll be there again this year!

Our trade show presentation will focus on current solutions for thermal management, battery charge management, and vehicle electrification. We will also demonstrate how modular actuator platforms and high system integration can be used to implement scalable solutions for automotive, truck, and off-highway applications.

We will also be presenting our one-stop approach to the development, industrialization, and manufacturing of complex assemblies. Our customers benefit from having a single point of contact throughout the entire product development process.

Stop by and speak with our experts

Hall 5, Booth B-40 – these are the details for your visit to the BURGER GROUP at Battery Show Europe 2026. At our booth, you’ll have the opportunity to discuss examples and the latest developments, as well as specific application questions, directly with our experts. At the same time, you’ll gain insights into the implementation of platform-based solutions with high system integration and our approach to taking on system responsibility throughout the entire development and industrialization process.

Technical Highlights at the Battery Show Europe 2026

Our trade show presentation will focus on several technology topics that address current challenges related to thermal management, battery charging management, and vehicle electrification:

Thermal Management Solutions Based on Modular Actuator Platforms

Increasing demands on thermal management systems are putting greater pressure on installation space, interfaces, and system complexity. Standardized cartridge valves enable more compact and scalable system architectures through centralized control.

This allows previously required decentralized individual valves to be consolidated into integrated thermal management modules. The modular platform architecture forms the basis for scalable system solutions in automotive, truck, and off-highway applications.

Flexible actuator platforms for different vehicle segments

The wide variety of electrified vehicle variants increases the development effort for mechatronic components. Modular actuator platforms with flexible electrical interfaces are designed as a modular solution and provide the foundation for use across different applications. They enable platform-based and scalable solutions for vehicle segments ranging from passenger cars to commercial vehicles and agricultural machinery, all the way to off-highway applications.

Complex current-carrying assemblies for battery management systems

Current-carrying assemblies for battery-electric and hybrid powertrain systems place high demands on design, material selection, manufacturing technologies, and quality assurance. Various manufacturing technologies—ranging from metalworking, welding, and joining techniques to assembly, potting, and testing—must be precisely coordinated. The integrated implementation of these manufacturing steps from a single source reduces interfaces, simplifies coordination along the supply chain, and lays the foundation for a high level of system integration.

The BURGER GROUP team will be available to answer technical questions and provide in-depth insights during Battery Show Europe 2026 in Hall 5, Booth B-40. We look forward to your visit!
