Using a combination of 3-axis and portal milling machines up to 5-axis milling machines, some of which are fully automated with robot handling systems, we are able to produce not only simple machine components but also highly complex milled parts for the mechanical engineering, aerospace, medical technology, electrical engineering and automotive industries. We machine non-ferrous metals, steel, stainless steel and plastics.
An extensive stock of materials enables us to respond flexibly and quickly to customer requirements. Surface treatments such as galvanizing, chrome plating or anodizing are also available. Our 3D coordinate measuring machine can measure all dimensional, form and positional tolerances, both for individual parts and for series production.
We can assemble complete assemblies for you and source purchased parts such as electric motors, sensors, pneumatic components or standard parts.
